They may be unseen by our patients, but our medical records staff is critical to our operations. They are responsible for keeping your medical chart up to date, accessible, and secure. They make certain that all charts are filed correctly and always available to your doctor and our clinical staff. Three Rivers Endoscopy Center and our professional practice, the Center for Digestive Health and Nutrition, are located in the same building. This improves medical care by assuring continuity of information. The over 20,000 charts in our Medical Records Department are kept confidential. Your privacy is a priority and your records are not available to other individuals without your prior consent.
To further improve confidentiality, we have chosen a unique filing system.
